Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Precision Compression, LLC ("Athlazon", "we", "us"), the operator of the Athlazon app and our website, https://athlazon.com/ (together, "Athlazon"). By creating an account or using Athlazon, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Athlazon.

1. Who can use Athlazon

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use Athlazon only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you. Parents, guardians and coaches who manage an account or team for an athlete are responsible for that use.

2. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private and use only your own account. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Your content

You own the photos, videos, live streams, clips, posts, comments, messages and other content you share ("Your Content"). You give Athlazon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, stream, copy, edit for format (for example, clips, thumbnails and watermarks), distribute and promote Your Content in order to run and improve Athlazon. This license ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies others have already shared or downloaded, content kept for legal reasons, and backups kept for a limited time.

Only share content you have the right to share, including permission from the people who appear in it. Lives may be recorded, replayed and clipped by you and by viewers, and athletes can be tagged in clips.

4. Community rules — zero tolerance

Athlazon has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, stream, send or link to content that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
  • is hateful or discriminatory toward any person or group;
  • is sexual or sexually suggestive, or sexualizes or endangers minors in any way;
  • shows or encourages violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
  • shares someone else's private information or impersonates another person, team or school;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights, including streaming games or broadcasts you do not have the rights to;
  • is spam, a scam or misleading.

We may filter language, remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, without notice.

5. Reporting and blocking

You can report content or a user and block other users in Athlazon. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these Terms and act against the user who posted it, up to removing them from Athlazon.

6. Purchases, subscriptions and payouts

Payments on Athlazon (for example creator subscriptions, gifts, photo purchases, Sessions, Dispatch and Book Me requests, and Coaches Corner) are processed by Stripe. The price and any service fee are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges. Except where a feature's own terms say otherwise (for example the Sessions booking terms) or where the law requires, payments are non-refundable.

Creators, coaches and other providers who earn on Athlazon are paid through Stripe according to the earnings shown in their account and any agreement they accept in Athlazon. Athlazon is a platform: providers are responsible for the services they offer and for their own taxes.

7. Other services

Athlazon uses third-party services, such as Stripe for payments and video and streaming providers, and may link to other websites. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Our rights

Athlazon, its name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse Athlazon, interfere with how it works, or access it in ways we do not allow.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Athlazon and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example your content license for already-shared content, payments owed, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Athlazon is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or that content on it is accurate, including scores, stats, rankings and schedules. To the fullest extent the law allows, Athlazon and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. You agree to cover our costs from claims caused by your content or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date below. If you keep using Athlazon after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
